The 200MW production line adopts mature and stable standardized industrial processes, fully compatible with mainstream 182mm/210mm large-size solar cells and mainstream cell technologies such as TOPCon and PERC. The whole line realizes full automatic closed-loop production, covering core processes including automatic feeding & cell sorting, high-speed soldering & precise lamination laying, vacuum constant-temperature lamination curing, edge trimming & cleaning, and full-quality inspection. All finished products are strictly judged and graded through professional IV tester parameters and characteristic curves, cooperating with EL double inspection and voltage resistance testing to effectively eliminate defective products and guarantee long-term stable power generation of modules.
Different from scattered equipment procurement, our turnkey project implements single-point full responsibility delivery. We undertake overall work including factory layout planning, equipment docking installation, system debugging, technical training and after-sales support.
